Barena Venezia offers a straightforward return process for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. We ensure that every return is handled with the same Venetian craftsmanship and care that defines our garments.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return invoice.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
